Reality star Tochi has deleted the video of his engagement video from social media after his girlfriend Chioma shared a cryptic message shading someone for “clout chasing”.

The BBNaija ex-housemate took down his engagement video on January 12 following rumours of crisis rocking his barely existing relationship.

On Sunday, Tochi shared a video where he knelt down to propose to Chioma, a US-based artist in front of family and friends.

In the video, a visible excited Chioma accepted the ring and said yes to his proposal amid laughs and smiles.

Tochi captioned the now-deleted post;

“To-chi 2022 loaded @beautiifulchii Let’s go on this journey forever! Ladies and Gentlemen, we have a wedding to plan.”

However, Chioma did not share the video or put up any post related to their engagement on her social media.

Instead, on Tuesday, 11 January 2021, she shared a post on her Instagram story that read, “There’s so much more to life than the attention/validation that you seek so much for from the outside world. But it’s not me that’s gonna be used to trend. Everybody rest in Jesus’ name.”

Chioma is a US-based artist and entertainer who’s mother to a child from a previous relationship.

Tochi participated in the 2020 “Lockdown” edition of BBNaija which shot him to the limelight. He’s also a real estate entrepreneur and aspiring rapper.
