Chris Brown is being sued by a woman who claims he s*xually assaulted her on a yacht parked at Diddy’s Miami estate in December 2020.

The woman, only identified as Jane Doe, says Brown went from being “friendly” with her to attacking her within minutes. She says it all started when Brown successfully persuaded her to come to Diddy’s home on Star Island.

Once she arrived, the alleged victim says Chris Brown approached her and asked if she wanted a drink. Brown handed her a red cup with a mixed drink and they started talking. Once he refilled her cup, she says experienced “a sudden, unexplained change in consciousness.”

Doe says she also felt “disoriented, physically unstable and started to fall in and out of sleep,” which is when she says Brown led her into a bedroom “drugged” and “half-asleep.” She alleges Brown then removed her bikini bottoms and r*ped her despite her resistance.

Jane Doe says Brown ejaculated inside of her, jumped up and said he was “done.” The following day, he allegedly text her to get a Plan B to prevent any unplanned pregnancies, so she did. She’s now asking for $20 million, citing “severe emotional distress.”

Doe’s attorneys, Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck says Doe didn’t report the alleged s****l assault to police at the time. This is  because she was a medical student at the time and was “embarrassed.”
