BBNaija 2017 ex-housemate, Gifty Powers has commented on the ₦50million credit alert gift actress, Annie Idibia received from her husband, 2Baba.

Annie took to her Instagram on February 17 to inform her fans how 2Baba who she describes as her “Sugar Daddy”  sent her a hefty cash gift to “buy flowers” for Valentine’s day.

“So Happy !!!!  Over the moon  Something light he said ooo-For valz as I no get u flowers!! Then boom pow pow  5 alerts  #50M for flowers ,” she wrote.

She shared the screenshots of the credit alerts on her Instagram story while covering her account balance.

Following the showoff, Gifty took to her story to question why people always hide their bank account balance.

She said that while she has no problem with people showing off the alerts they received from loved ones, she wonders why they conceal their account balance.

She urged her fans and followers to chip in as she’s curious to know.

“I don’t have a problem with people receiving bank alerts from their loved ones but my question is, why do they always cover their account balance.

Please this isn’t a sarcastic question. I just want to know the reason behind it abi na trend?”.
