Gospel singer Sonnie Badu has praised Late Sammy Okposo’s wife Ozzy Okposo, for standing by the singer during his trying days.
Sharing a photo of the late Sammie Okposo and his beautiful wife on Instagram, Sonnie Badu wrote “I just want to say thank you to Mrs. Okposo. You are a good woman. You stood behind your husband until the end. He said so many good things about you in his challenging moments.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for covering him when he needed it .. Rest well #LandLord #RipSammieOkposo”

The “welu welu” crooner, aged 51, reportedly slumped and died in the wee hours of Friday November 25th.
Meanwhile Sammie Okposo made headlines early in the year after he publicly apologized to his wife, Ozioma for cheating on her with another lady in the United States.
In the apology, which was shared on his Instagram page, the singer lamented over the incident which he noted happened in 2021.
The singer further stated that the development has seen him step aside from ministerial work until “full restoration.”
Sammie Okposo born 30th May 1971 was an international Nigerian gospel artist. He was also a music producer, psalmist, and CEO of Zamar Entertainment.
Okposo released his first album “Addicted” in 2004. He has also collaborated with many other artists in the gospel and soul music fields,
