In addition, Reggie Fils-Aimé the president and chief operating officer of Nintendo of America, will also be one of the presenters at the event. Then, Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery alumni Daniel Craig, Jessica Henwick and Rian Johnson are expected to present an award as well.

The star-studded award show is being broadcast from Microsoft Theater in LA and produced by Canadian video game journalist Geoff Keighley.

According to The Sports Rush, The Game Awards 2022 would be much shorter than previous editions, and Keighley explained that this is to avoid viewers losing interest and getting tired before the conclusion.

Recall that fan favourites like God of War Ragnarok and Elden Ring are going head-to-head for the prestigious Game of the Year award this time, and it could be the last prize to be announced.
