Singer and actor, Folarin Falana, Also known as Falz, has joined many Nigerians to slam what they now term as “A sham of an election”,
which saw Babajide Sanwo-Olu, return as the Governor of Lagos state
The Lagos state gubernatorial elections which held on Saturday, 18th March, 2023, has continued to draw speculations online, from both stars and citizens alike.
One of the many celebrities who have been bold from the on set of the politicking journey is rapper Falz
Popularly known as a human rights activist and the championer of the End Sars campaign, the rapper has been one to call out falsehood, despite impending danger
Meanwhile, Falz, has now blasted Lagos Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for his gratitude post he shared with Lagosians.
However, After the re-elected Governor posted on Twitter, Falz replied angrily to the Governor’s post on the same platform.
Meanwhile, Falz, who was rooting for the Labour Party candidate, Gbadebo Rhodes, did not seem pleased with the result
as there have been reports of mayhem, violence and rigging.
The rapper further went on to insist that the people did not elect Sanwo-Olu,
and he had forcefully elected himself as it was a glaring fact for all to see.
