A new leak has revealed that the two biggest names in fantasy films and games are collaborating on a new game. Dark Souls studio’s game developers, From Software, and “Game of Thrones” author George R.R. Martin are working on a new game called Elden Ring.
A lot has not yet been revealed about the game. But, judging by the creators, we expect it to be a fantasy game.
This comes just before an official reveal. Chances are that it will unveil at Microsoft’s press conference today. Elden Ring will be published by Bandai Namco. It will be available on PS4, PC and Xbox One.
From Software became a household name in gaming in 2009 when it released dark fantasy action RPG game, Demon’s Souls. The company’s recent games are the solemn VR experience game, “Déracin”, and the ninja action game, “Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice”.

Martin earlier teased that he was involved in this project in May 2019. This was after he wrote that he was working on a game out of Japan in his blog post.
From Software director, Hidetaka Miyazaki also disclosed in an interview earlier in the year that the studio was looking to embrace what they feel is interesting.
“I think one of the studio’s characteristics is to embrace wholeheartedly what we feel is interesting; what we perceive to be worthwhile, cool or beautiful; and to place these ideals at the foundation of the games we make,” he explained.
