Huawei’s junior brand Honor has introduced two great devices this year. First was Huawei’s Honor View 20 and the Honor 20 Pro.

Honor has been doing great in the market globally. However, with the Huawei US ban, there are fears that this may affect the sales of the phones. The phone did not have any issues in the past with competing in the high-end market.

Now, the Honor 20 is finally getting launched to the international market outside China. By today, Friday, 21st June 2019, it will be on sold in the UK, Germany, France, Malaysia and Russia.

The phone will cost £399 in the UK, and €499 in Germany and France. Likewise, it will cost RUB 27,990 in Russia, and RM 1,699 in Malaysia.

It will come with accessories like the Honor FlyPods or the Honor Magic Watch. The Netherlands, Italy, and India will get access to the phone in their countries on 24th June. Poland will get a release date of 28th June, and Spain will be the last European country to get it in July.

The Honor 20 made huge sales than ran into millions in its first two weeks of the sale in its home country, China. The phone has a great design and a nice camera. It also comes with Huawei’s own chip, the Kirin 980 processor.

It has a minimal dot camera and an easily accessible quicker side fingerprint sensor. However, with all these great perks, it may be risky to invest in the phone. This is because the future of the Android Operating System working on the phones is still unsure.

Huawei says its working on its own OS which is already deemed unsafe. There is also the fact that people are already familiar with Google services and will most likely want a phone that had Google Play Store, Maps, YouTube, Chrome, and other apps.

Honor 20 will work on the Android OS for now, but the future is very uncertain. This could majorly affect the phone’s global sales.
