A coffee fix isn’t always the best way to get your Monday morning started. Give your morning a health boost by replacing your cup of coffee with a healthier alternative. Take a look at these seven healthy drinks to get your day, and ultimately your week started.

Yummy protein smoothies are a terrific and yummy way to load up with energy and nutrition. Whip up one to your taste using almond, soy or coconut milk and a good quality protein powder. Throw in some bananas and berries to add extra minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. This drink is sure to fill you up and get you going for an amazing, energy-packed day.

 

2. Hot chocolate
