Once more, Facebook and Instagram have suffered some outages in some parts of the world. Users complained on Sunday, 4th August 2019, of being unable to log in or upload their status and also pictures.
DownDetector then revealed that the outage may have occurred in parts of Europe, the United States, Asia, and South America. The problem was also recorded to have begun around 3:00pm Nigerian time.

This is will be one of the many outages experienced by the tech giants this year alone. There was other outages experience by WhatsApp earlier in the year as well as Facebook and Instagram. The last major one affected all three social networking companies owned by the tech giants.
In March 2019, all three Facebook-owned apps – Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp – experienced downtime at the same time globally. This was a major outage for the company. But it was not the last as all three also had downtime again in April 2019.
Instagram also faced hours of outage in June and July. The outages are becoming more frequent and lots of users are starting to see it as a regular thing.
