COZA Senior Pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo is notorious for his s*x scandals and “alleged” s*x crimes. And now Biodun Fatoyinbo is at the centre of a forced abortion and manslaughter allegation.
Biodun Fatoyinbo stands accused of another crime bordering on alleged possible manslaughter. Weeks before, Biodun Fatoyinbo received a court summon in the case of his r*ping Busola Dakolo as a minor.
According to reports, the office of the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu came into possession of a petition which includes an audio recording.
The new charges
This petition accuses Fatoyinbo of coercing a former church member, Ifeoluwa Dolapo, into undergoing an abortion after impregnating her. Eventually, the said procedure caused her death.
The petition reads:
“According to the revelation from the audio clip, the first suspect Fatoyinbo threatened the deceased. The accused requested that she got rid of the unwanted pregnancy.”
“Fatoyinbo surmised that it would be scandalous and injurious to his reputation as a highly revered and renowned Pastor.”
“The deceased assured the first suspect that she would keep the news of the pregnancy private and just within her family. But Fatoyinbo insisted and ensured that the deceased underwent an abortion of the pregnancy. The said procedure was carried out with the reluctant acquiescence of the deceased.”
Meanwhile, Biodun Fatoyinbo is not going down alone for this one. According to the petition, Funke Adejumo and Prophet SK Abiara are accomplices in these crimes.
Pelumi Olajengbesi, a public interest lawyer, submitted the petition containing this information. He alleges that the renowned clergyman and woman, Pastor S.K Abiara and Rev. Funke Adejumo, were not only privy to the crime but also assisted Fatoyinbo “to conceal the offenses”.
From multiple r*pe cases to forced abortion and manslaughter, Fatoyinbo is on the wrong side of the law so often. And it is not surprising that he commits these crimes against women. One has to wonder how broken a system has to be for a man like this to still climb up a pulpit and be revered.
We hope the deceased, as well as the other victims of Biodun Fatoyinbo get the justice they deserve.
