John Legend and wife Chrissy Teigen have made the cover of Vanity Fair December 2019 issue. The couple was joined by their children Luna and Miles.

The magazine cover showed the music icon giving Chrissy a peck, and they were surrounded by a smiling Luna and their baby boy, Miles.

The cover wasn’t the only precious picture in the issue. There were also photos of the family members enjoying an impromptu dance party in their backyard, dressing up in costumes and enjoying a bubble bath. What’s more, there was a sweet snapshot of the Legend and his son sitting at the piano.

This issue focused on family as John Legend and Chrissy Teigen talked about their family and life as parents.

After a nanny put her son down for a nap, Teigen said, “I hate pretending that we do it on our own. We have daytime help, nighttime, weekend. I don’t know how my mom did it.”

When asked who they were supporting in the 2020 presidential elections, John replied, “Let’s not talk about it!” But after a pause, he continued, “My favourite—I’m going to say it, we’ll break news today—is Elizabeth Warren. She’s the best candidate running today and she comes at it with joy and with sincerity and with a wealth of knowledge and experience.”

Teigen then said, “I love Elizabeth Warren. I also love Kamala Harris.”

Legend continued,

“Honestly, I don’t comprehend why guys hate women so much sometimes. You see someone as transparently competent and eloquent and on fire as Elizabeth Warren and then you hear some guys just are not into voting for a woman. Why do guys feel so threatened by the idea of a woman president?”

This interview by Vanity fair comes after a Twitter war between President Donald Trump and Chrissy Teigen. Trump in one of his bizarre tweets had described Legend as a “boring” singer and his “filthy-mouthed wife.”

Teigen responded with a tweet so sublime that it became canon: “Lol what a p*ssy a*s b*tch. tagged everyone but me. an honor, mister president.”

This power couple who started dating in 2007, are the definition of family goals.
