Lemon

Baking Soda

Coconut oil
Coconut oil not only has lightening qualities, but it also helps to moisturize the skin. For best results, add a teaspoon of lemon juice to the coconut oil and smear on the affected area.

Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar has strong exfoliating qualities. Mix apple cider vinegar with rice flour and apply it to the affected area. Wash off with hot water after 10-15 minutes.
Aloe Vera
Aloe vera is one plant that has natural lightening qualities. It also helps to moisturize chaffed skin. To use, apply like a lotion, and allow the product to soak into your skin. You don’t need to rinse it off after applying.
Yogurt
Yogurt contains lactic acid which can improve skin health. To use, mix one spoonful of yogurt with an equal amount of milk and flour. Apply to your underarms and let it sit for 15-20 minutes before you rinse with warm water.
Remember, consistency is very important. Make sure to stick to any of these therapies you choose until you start seeing results.
Also, while these natural remedies are great, finding out what causes your underarms to darken is another crucial step to getting rid of it. Here are a few pointers.
Opt for waxing instead of shaving. Shaving doesn’t take the hair from the roots instead it leaves a shadow which then turns into dark underarms. Also, if you notice your deodorant is causing you dark underarms, then make some changes until you find one that you don’t react to.
