Electronic Arts sports gaming arm, EA Sports announced Madden 21 and FIFA 21 today, 19th June 2020. The company unveiled the games at its live event uploaded on YouTube with the title: EA Play Live June 2020.
EA Sports official Twitter handle also made the announcement public, saying:

For Madden 21, EA Sports used Lamar Jackson Jr. as the game’s cover art. Jackson is an American football quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League (NFL). According to its description page, Madden 21 brings “fresh new features [and] innovative new gameplay mechanics.”

EA Sports also commented on using Jackson as Madden 21’s cover, saying:
“The face of a fearless new generation of rising NFL stars, Jackson has changed the game.”
The innovative new gameplay mechanics promises to bring advanced levels of control and inspire creativity. There will also be an ‘all-new Skill Stick’ for improved precision while playing games. To read all the features of Madden 21, click here.
EA Sport’s FIFA 21 will bring next-level gaming experience to PS5 and Xbox Series X consoles. Kylian Mbappe will be used as the official cover art for the game. Both Madden 21 and FIFA 21 offers dual entitlement to players.
This means that users can upgrade the games from the PlayStation 4 to PlayStation 5 or Xbox One to Xbox Series X. EA Sports says that users can start pre-ordering FIFA 21 now before 14th August 2020 and get rewards. Also, players can play Madden 21 MVP Edition from 25th August 2020, three days before its official launch.
