Music and Business mogul, Kanye West during his presidential campaign, talked actively about abortion and p*rnography. Overwhelmed by these topics, he broke down in tears.
Many were left wondering if his campaign is genuine or a stunt to push his merchandise or album.
In a speech that lasted over 60 minutes, he spoke against abortion and cursed, giving off the impression he was advancing on policies without thinking them through. Kanye West even offered remarks that left attendees murmuring in dismay.
“Harriet Tubman never actually freed the slaves. She just had the slaves work for other white people,” he said when discussing economic inequality.
The event, which was streamed live on YouTube and aired on American television stations, did little to explain whether Kanye West’s journey to the presidency is genuine or stunt. Kanye West launched his campaign with a tweet on July 4th.

“Freedom does not come from an election. The freedom comes from you not loading up the p*rnography. The freedom comes from you not taking the Percoset,” he said.
At the back of his head was the number “2020” and he appeared in a military-style vest. Kanye West also heavily discouraged abortion in his speech. He went further to add if he became President, individuals who give birth, would be awarded a sum of $1 million or other rewards.
Kanye West also drew references to Bible and Christain teachings, shedding tears as he described how he was nearly aborted.
“The only thing that can free us is by obeying the rules that were given to us for a promised land,” he preached. “Abortion should be legal because guess what? The law is not by God anyway, so what is legality?”
