Nigerian model Mayowa Nicholas is making huge strides in the industry internationally and making us all proud. She was recently tapped to cover the prestigious Vogue Japan, September issue.

Other young black models such as South-Sudanese-born model Kaia Gerber, Ethiopian-born South Sudanese model, Aliet Sarah, Shanelle Nyasiase, and another Ethiopian beauty Amar Akway were featured alongside her on the cover.

Captured by the famous photographer duo Luigi and Longo Mayowa strikes alluring poses in a red clingy number with fringe detailing looking every inch a supermodel. As the magazine has aptly put it, now indeed is the time.
