Reality TV star Mercy Eke shocked fans on November 3rd when she annouced she has broken up with her co reality star boyfriend Ike Onyema. According to her, she’s now married to another person, who she called “Mr H”.
The Bbnaija “Pepper dem” season 4 winner made the revelation while answering a fan’s questions on her relationship status.
Eke responded that their relationship has been over for months, even before her birthday.
“My dear sh*t was over two months ago, even before my birthday. I don’t know why they are still not contented with their stripper bae. I’m happy with Mr H. Will be speaking on this real soon,” she said.

It’s rather confusing for fans that they broke up before her birthday since they were lovey-dovey during the celebration. Mercy Eke turned 27 in September and the couple hosted several celebrities including other BBnaija reality stars to a sumptuous birthday bash.
Ike Onyema wrote a long love note to Eke on Instagram and also gave a romantic speech during the celebration dinner. The two have however been throwing shades at themselves since this week before she confirmed they’ve now broken up.
She’s yet to post photos from her wedding or reveal the identity of her new man.
Mercy Eke and Ike Onyema started a whirlwind relationship during the BBnaija season 4 when they were both housemates. Eke went on to win the show and the two carried on a much publicised relationship since then, even starting a reality show together tagged “Mercy and Ike show.”
