Top music producer Don Jazzy recently signed a new female artiste, Ayra Starr to his record label, Mavin records.
According to Don Jazzy, he met Ayra Starr sometime last year after discovering her talent and she has since been with the Mavin family.
He took to Twitter to make the announcement. He wrote: “Last year I met the most incredible 18-year-old girl, her name is @AyraStarr. It’s been a fantastic experience working behind the scene for over a year and we at Mavin are proud to present her to the world. Pls follow and join me to welcome to MAVIN @ayrastarr #MAVINACTIVATED.”

This would be Mavin Records first major signee in two years. Ayra Starr has also released her debut EP shortly after getting unveiled. The 5-track EP is self-titled and it has no features. Listen to it HERE.
Don Jazzy, whose full name is Micheal Collins Ajereh, is a Nigerian record producer, singer, songwriter, and entrepreneur. He co-founded the now-defunct record label Mo’ Hits Records in 2004. However, at the closure of the aforementioned record label, Don Jazzy set up Mavin Records on the 8th of May 2012
