Hollywood actor Chris Hemsworth has shared His biggest fears as He states the possibilities of having Alzheimers disease
On Nov. 17, the actor opened up about his sorrow after learning tragic news
concerning his health for his upcoming Disney+ series Limitless.
In an interview with George Stephanopoulos for Good Morning America, the Thor actor revealed that after undergoing extensive bloodwork for a series episode, he was told He had a higher risk of developing Alzheimer’s Disease than the average population.
The actor was informed by longevity expert Dr. Peter Attia that he has two copies of APOE4
in a clip from the National Geographic program that was shared on GMA.
Furthermore the clip features Chris putting his physical and mental power to the ultimate test.
Meanwhile according to Dr. Attia, Chris has a “eight to ten times higher” risk of developing Alzheimer’s than the majority of people
And this is because he carries the greatest risk gene for the condition, APOE4.
In the same clip, Chris Hemsworth also explained that his “biggest fear” is forgetting his family.

He said: “The idea that I won’t be able to remember the life I’ve experienced or my wife, my kids, this is probably my biggest fear.”
Chris explained that the result has spurred him on to make some changes in his life.
“It very quickly became another wonderful motivation to make some changes
and also to arm myself with all the tools to live a healthier, better life,” Chris said.
Dr. Attia Further called Chris’ test results a “blessing” as they can motivate him to look after his brain health.
“It’s my belief that if we take every step possible, we can reduce your risk to that of anyone else,” Dr. Attia told Chris.
The actor added: “I think any of the motivations for living better can come in many shapes and forms.
Whatever I’m going to do now to protect my brain health will benefit every other aspect of my health and wellbeing.”
