Her claim came as a response to the release of Yomi Fabiyi’s “Oko Iyabo”. The film is centred on the s*xual assault allegations against Olarenwaju Omiyinka aka Baba Ijesha

On Sunday 5th July 2021, Fabiyi had put out the film which portrays his version of the incidents that led to Baba Ijesha’s arrest and trial.

The film elicited negative feedback from social media users who questioned the motives behind such a project.

Movie stars like Iyabo Ojo and Tonto Dikeh also condemned Fabiyi’s action. Meanwhile, the leadership of the Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) has summoned the actor over the film.

Shortly after her post, a user had reminded the actress how Fabiyi used to call her out on social media.

In her reaction, Bimpe acknowledged the follower’s comment while noting that she decided to turn a blind eye to Fabiyi’s alleged “constant harassment, bully and threats.”

“I’m aware, I just decided to always ignore. The major reason is because I didn’t make myself available for his s****l needs despite how much he tried but doing this to a child is just too much,” she replied the user.

Yomi Fabiyi needs to be stopped. Enough is enough. Thank God for his grace.  if not, I would have given up on this dream because of his constant harassment, bully and threats.”

Yomi Fabiyi has not reacted to Adebimpe’s allegation as of the time of this report. Meanwhile, his controversial “Oko Iyabo” film has been removed from YouTube.
