Windows PC owners in the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore can now play Android games from Google Play.
According to The Verge, the feature is still in open beta and was first tested in Hong Kong, South Korea, and Taiwan earlier this year. As of when this article was published, 85 games were available to users in the supported regions including 1945 Air Force, Blade Idle, Cookie Run: Kingdom, and Evony: The King’s Return.
Game progress would sync between PCs and mobile, making it easier for you to pick of from where you stopped, regardless of where you played the game last.

Google is working to make more of the titles on its store available for PC users and working to cover more regions.
“We’re thrilled to expand our platform to more markets for players to enjoy their favorite games on Google Play. As we move towards a full release, we will continue to add new features and evaluate developer and player feedback,” Arjun Dayal, director of Google Play Games, said.
The feature is made available through Google Play Games, which is different from what Microsoft has been working on to bring Android apps to Windows 11. With the several efforts to improve switching from PC to phone, we anticipate several features in 2023 that would show what the companies have been doing behind the seen.
Apart from seamless phone-to-PC connections, several big tech companies have been working together to improve connection between their devices and gadgets.
