Apple rumoured to be launching 10 new devices

According to number one Apple leaker Mark Gurman, Apple is preparing to release over ten new devices between September 2022 and March 2023.

In a Bloomberg article, Gurman claimed that the iPhone makers were working on more than just a new set of smartphones for the end of the year. Besides the four iPhone 14 smartphones that the tech world has been talking about all year long, it seems that Apple also wants to fit some of its devices with the flagship M2 processor (and its variants).

Some devices that could be getting the processor upgrade include Mac Minis, MacBook Pros, and Mac Pros. Also, the long-awaited Apple mixed reality headset would launch with the M2 processor; however, it is not clear yet if it will be announced in 2022.

Gurman’s report also mentions that two iPad Pro devices will be released with the above-mentioned M2 processor, and there will be larger iPads (measuring between 14 and 15 inches) that will come in 2023 or 2024.

In addition, the company allegedly has three Apple Watch models lined up for September 2022. So far, we know that the watches will be a Watch Series 8, an SE, and a rugged version for extreme sports lovers.

Homeowners are not left out as Gurman mentions a new Apple TV with an A14 chip and bigger RAM. Then, there is to be an upgraded HomePod, although the release date for this device is a bit farther in Apple’s schedule.

Music lovers will be happy to hear that the company is working on improved AirPods Pro earbuds too.

In summary, Apple’s hardware ecosystem will be getting upgrades between the end of the year and the beginning of next year.
