South African singer, Babes Wodumo has finally spoken out through an Instagram post after a video of her being assaulted by boyfriend Mampintsha went viral.

Following the events of his counter assault charge with claims of her provoking him, Babes Wodumo posted a photo on Instagram with this content:

“I could have been next!!! This could have been you, your sister, your daughter, your niece…. We are not victims but survivors”

The rave-causing assault was caught Live on Babes’ Instagram after talking to her fans.

In the video, Mampintsha was seen hitting her a couple of times.

Mampintsha had earlier claimed that he had reacted to her drunken behavior which he stated had led to his reaction.

Celebrities and Fans have, however, had a lot to say about this.
