Nigerian Superstar artist Burna Boy has again recorded another milestone, after his smash hit single, “Last Last” Received Gold Certification in the UK
‘Last Last’ was to obtain a Gold certification after selling more than 500,000 units in the United Kingdom, according to reliable chart news platform Chart Data.
The certification is a symbol of Burna Boy’s international notoriety as well as more evidence of the song’s critical and commercial success.
Burna Boy has declared his intention to release the “Love, Damini” deluxe edition. The deluxe version will probably include a remix of “Last Last” with Nigerian British rapper Dave.
Recently, In an interview, the singer expressed his doubt that the civilian Endsars protests of 2020 will ever result in meaningful change.

Burna Boy also said he would no longer encourage young Nigerians to lose their lives in such protests.
“My thoughts don’t matter around that. Nothing is going to change. It just is what is,” he was quoted as saying.
“I’m not going to encourage any young people to lose their lives senselessly anymore, d’you understand? When something is ready to happen, it will happen.
“I understand that now. You can’t jump into something that you don’t fully understand, even with our country. With understanding comes readiness for action.”
In October 2020, young Nigerians took to the streets to protest police brutality, tagged #EndSARS calling for the disbandment of the special anti-robbery squad (SARS) and other police reforms.
