American writer and conservative commentator Candace Owens hers re-iterated her decision to sue rapper Cardi B after the two engaged in a two-day-long heated tweet-fight.
The Blexit founder announced she would be suing Cardi B for libel and slander of her family members. She spoke about the incoming lawsuit during an interview with host Laura Ingraham during an appearance on Fox News’s “The Ingraham Angle.”
“We are suing Cardi B,” Owens continued. “You will be able to watch this play out in the courtroom. It is unacceptable that any person would use doctored tweets to try and libel and slander my family members, my private family members, and think that I’m going to take that sitting down.”
She however did not state when the lawsuit will be filed. Cardi B’s team is yet to respond to the threat but she’s deleted the offending tweets from her page.

During a tweet-battle— not the first time they’ll fiercely engage — Candace Owens had called Cardi a cancer to the young generation.
“You are a cancer cell to culture,” Owens wrote. “Young black girls are having their minds poisoned by what you are trying to package and sell to them as ’empowerment.'”
This was on Tuesday 16th, after Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s performance of the former’s hit song “WAP” at the 62nd Grammy Awards.
Cardi in turn fired back with an alleged photoshopped tweet by Owen writing;
“Not you talking about two women thrusting their v*ginas together while your husband and brother slap c***s and b***s together .WELL WOULD YOU LOOK AT THAT !wow.”
The fake tweet read, “Yes, my husband did cheat on me with my brother. Yes, he said no when I asked to join them.”
She’s however scrubbed her account cleaning of the offending tweets after Owens threatened to sue ending with;
Say less 😉
