Charles Inojie “The Johnsons” Star Actor Robbed At Gunpoint In Lagos Traffic

Nollywood actor, Charles Inojie popular for his role in “The Johnsons” Tv series was recently robbed at gunpoint in Lagos Traffic on the night of Sunday, 20th December.

Chinedu Ikedieze, fellow castmate of the actor on Africa Magic series, “The Johnsons”, broke the news on his Instagram page.

Ikedieze assured fans and followers that Charles Inojie was unhurt even though his phone and other valuables were stolen from him.

He provided an alternative phone number for the actor to be reached while he works on retrieving his stolen SIM and urged that people remain careful out there especially during this period.

“@charlesinojie is fine as he was unhurt from the harrowing experience of last night. PLS BE CAREFUL OUT THERE”. He captioned the photo

Charles Inojie officially joined Nollywood Nigerian film industry in 1999. He started his career working as an assistant movie director before venturing full-time into acting and movie directing. Onojie is known to always act in comedy films alongside Nkem Owo, Mr Ibu etc.

 

After graduating from the University of Port Harcourt in 1999, Charles Onojie relocated to Lagos State where he became the assistant director at Lancelot Oduwa Imasuen’s production company. In 2016, members from the Screen Writers Guild of Nigeria (SWGN) unanimously appointed Inojie as president of their labour union.
