Nigerian superstar singer Simi has lashed out at social media users who speculate she is already pregnant with her second child. This is coming just a few weeks after her daughter Adejare, which she shares with Adekunle Gold turned one.

Simi had shared a photo of her daughter playing with her head face down. Her followers were quick to speculate that the posture of the baby girl suggested that she was pregnant again.

In her response, she denied the pregnancy allegations. “Lot of people saying babies do this when their mom is pregnant. She did that six months ago too, and I ain’t seen no baby. Don’t let me block you ok?” she wrote.

Simi revealed her baby bump in the video of her previously released song “Duduke”. The music video was released on the 19th of April 2020 which was also her birthday."Don't Let Me Block You"-Simi Says She Is Not Pregnant

In the song, she explained her joy of being an expectant mother and how she can’t wait to have her baby in her arms.

“Duduke” earned Simi the “Songwriter of the year award” at the 14th Headies which took place in February 2021.

Now all the womb watcher who thinks Simi is pregnant will have to look the other way.
