When you think about tech engineers and other computer experts, you may think of shabby dressing and geeky glasses, however, check out these top CEOs and how they dress.
The tech company heads are listed based on the revenues their companies generated. We start from the last according to a recent Wikipedia listing to the number one.
See the dressing styles of the top tech executives in the world below:
10. Sony CEO, Kenichiro Yoshida.
The 60-year-old Japanese businessman takes his style into his aging stages. He always appears in dark suits, mostly black or navy blue. His shirt ranges from white to blue but he is always spotting a blue tie. Sometimes it is stripped and mixed or just plain blue.
9. IBM CEO, Ginni Rometty.
62 years old Virginia Marie Rometty is the only woman on this list. Yet, she does not dress to measure to some masculine standard. She has a signature jacket styled dress that is always a darker shade than the full dress (which is a short gown most times).
8. Hitachi CEO, Toshiaki Higashihara.
Toshiaki will be 74 in 2020 but he always remembers to step out in a white shirt beneath his dark suit and a checkered tie. It is either that combination or you have the wrong Higashihara.
7. Dell Technologies CEO, Michael S. Dell.
Mr Dell dresses as dynamic as a whirlwind. He can be caught wearing a tie on rare occasions when he has to pose for a shoot. However, most times, he appears at shows with an open-neck blue shirt beneath a jacket and a broad smile.

6. Huawei CEO, Ren Zhendfei.
Like any businessman, Chinese billionaire, Ren wears a suit and tie. However, just like Mr Dell above, it seems he prefers not to wear one in most situations. He is one of those that does not mind wearing bright-colored suits.
5. Microsoft Corporation CEO, Satya Nadella.
Satya, the boss of one of the biggest tech companies clearly prefers not to wear a tie. On many occasions, he does not even want to be confined to the jacket and shirt category and appears wearing T-shirts instead.
4. Alphabet CEO, Sundar Pichai.
Pichai alternates between the suit and tie tech boss and the open shirt / T-shirt wearing engineer with amazing fluidity. It is hard not to recognise him in both roles.
3. Foxconn CEO, Terry Gou.
His dressing comes across as the suit and tie technology CEO. It is only on rare occasions that Terry can be caught without his traditional wear. However, one thing repeats itself in all his photos: the red tie.
2. Samsung Electronics CEO, Kim Hyun Suk.
Kim is another technology hotshot that does away with the tie most of the time. His suits may differ in shades but his shirts are always almost white.
1. Apple CEO, Tim Cook.
There is something dark about Tim Cook and it is not his sense of humour. Anytime Apple’s boss appears in pictures he is wearing a dark suit and sometimes, a dark shirt. He also loves to wear dark sweaters as well.
Dress like a tech boss with these examples.
