The 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup eight edition kicked off on Friday, 7th June, in France. This is the first time France would be the host country for the international soccer tournament.

The US Women’s National Team will commence its championship defence on Tuesday. Meanwhile, with the array of players this year, it won’t be easy for them to have a repeated victorious record this year.
