Fireboy DML released his debut album titled “Laughter Tears and Goosebumps” in November 2019. The album came months after the release of his hit single, “Jealous”, a song that took the airwaves by storm. The 13-track album had notable producers such as Pheelz, Cracker and Xyz.

In August 2020, Fireboy DML released “Apollo”. The 17-track album includes appearances from D Smoke, Wande Coal, and Olamide. The artiste also dropped a music video for his Apollo track “Spell,” which features Wande Coal in December 2020. In addition to releasing his own music last year, Fireboy hopped on Tiwa Savage’s track “Temptation.” The single includes vocals from Sam Smith, who co-wrote the song with Fireboy.
The singer has had an impressive stint since he came into the industry in 2019. Just recently, he topped the winners’ list at the 14th HEADIES. He had 9 nominations and won in 5 categories.
Fireboy was crowned the winner in Best R&B Single, Best R&B Album, Best Pop Award, Revelation Of The Year, and Headies Special Recognition. This feat made him the most awarded artist of the night.
