Nigerian artist Adedamola Afolahan music name Fireboy DML has indeed made true his words and released his sophomore album; Apollo.
The 17 tracked album features his previous singles, “Eli”, “New York City Girl”, and “Tatoo”. For his previous and acclaimed album, “Love, Tears, and Goosebumps”, the YBNL star didn’t feature any artist.
Apollo however features appearances of artistes like D Smoke on “Champ”, Wande Coal on the song “Spell”, and Olamide on “Afar.”
Fireboy announced the release of the album at midnight on Thursday.

Speaking on the album on Monday August 17th, Fireboy shared;
“This album is about evolution, growth, love, and pain. Gratitude to God for blessings. Gratitude to everyone who worked with me on this album and gratitude to my team (YBNL/EMPIRE). My family, and the kings who blessed this project with their presence.”
Fireboy DML broke into the music scenes with a smattering bang with his hit song “Jealous” released in 2019. He went on to release his highly successful debut album Laughter, Tears, and Goosebumps. This will be his second album.
The album “Apollo” was executive produced by YBNL CEO and recording artist Olamide. Producers who worked on the album include Pheelz, Type A, iamBeatz and P.Priime.
