Studies also show there is a link between gum disease and premature births and low-birth-weight babies, indicating that expectant mothers should be take care of their oral hygiene to help ensure they have a healthy pregnancy and delivery.
Improving oral hygiene is one of the most important things you can do to improve your bad breath. Daily brushing and flossing can help to reduce many of the bacteria that cause bad breath, leaving you with breath smelling fresh.
