Nollywood actress Funke Akindele Bello and husband, JJC Skillz have pleaded guilty before a Magistrate court today.
She was arraigned in court for flouting the lockdown rule of the Lagos State Government by hosting a party in her house on Saturday 4th of April.

Funke Akindele-Bello was arrested yesterday 5th April, by the men of the Nigeria Police at her residence at Amen Estate for hosting a birthday bash for her husband which had more than 20 persons in attendance.
Meanwhile, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has denied claims that Funke Akindele Bello is an ambassador to the agency.
The NCDC took to its twitter handle to state that the agency does not have an ambassador.
Furthermore, the tweet explained that the NCDC COVID-19 advert was only a partnership with Dettol.

Dettol on its part has revealed that their brand will continue to support the government and NCDC in their fight against COVID-19, and also would not condone any breach of its guidelines.

Fans of the actress her already pleading on her behalf urging Nigerians to let the case die, as the actress must have learnt her lesson.
Some have also promised to boycott the Dettol brand if Funke is dropped as their ambassador, claiming the organisation has not done nothing for its customers since the pandemic broke out in Nigeria.
