The artist was on tour overseas, unable to accept the award herself.

3. Song of the Year and Best Direction – Lil Nas X ft Billy Ray Cyrus, “Old Town Road (Remix)”

Billie Eilish accepted both awards via a pre-recorded video.

5. Best Collaboration – Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello, “Senorita”

Summer may be over, but there’s never a bad time to be a hot girl.

14. Song of the Summer – Ariana Grande and Social House, “Boyfriend”

The song was apparently a subtle hint at the pair being in a casual relationship.

15. Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award – Missy Elliott
