The caffeine in coffee promotes the circulation of blood tremendously. Coffee scrub is a great exfoliator as it removes dead skin cells and tightens the pores of the skin, thus it works incredibly well as a remedy for cellulite. It also helps to rejuvenate the skin restoring its healthy sheen and glow.
To make a coffee scrub is quite easy; here are the ingredients.
— 1/2 cup of ground coffee. You can use the freshly ground one or go for the pre-prepared variant. However, make sure it’s not too rough so as not to chafe the skin.
— 1/2 cup of smooth brown sugar
— 1/2 cup of lemon juice
—- 1/2 of coconut oil
—- 1/2 of vanilla extract

How to prepare
— Mix the 1/2 of ground coffee and 1/2 of brown sugar until they’re well blended together
— Mix the lemon juice, coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a different bowl. Stir thoroughly until all the ingredients are well mixed.
— Add the mixed lemon juice, coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the coffee and brown sugar mixture. Then thoroughly combine and apply to the face and body parts. Rub with the balls of your finger in gentle circular motions. Take care to avoid the eye areas then wash off in the bathroom. If you’re using the shower, then be careful of the floors as the oil can make it slippery.
