4 Ways to print on Windows 10

To print on Windows 10 (or even Windows 7) is not really complicated even you have never done so before. If you have already installed a printer and configured it, then, here are the steps you need to take:

How to print on Windows 10 using CTRL + P

  • Open what you want print and use the keyboard shortcut CTRL + P
  • When the Print dialogue comes up, you select how you want to print
  • However, if the app does not support printing, the shortcut does not work. Also, if the app does not have printing options, this makes it easier.

How to print on Windows 10 using File menu

  • For apps with a File menu, click or tap on File (usually at the top left corner of the screen)
  • Next, choose the Print option from the menu that shows up and see the printing options that come up.

How to print on Windows 10 using desktop apps

  • When using apps that have a ribbon in place of standard menus (like Paint or WordPad) click on the File option at the top left corner of the screen
  • Then, the Print option comes up and you can continue to navigate from there.

How to print on Windows 10 from Photos app

  • In the Photos app on your Windows, select the Print icon from the top right corner
  • Sometimes, you may need to enlarge the app to see the Print icon
  • Next, you see the Print options and continue from there.
