Popular Nigerian rapper and songwriter, Chibuzor Nelson Azubuike aka Phyno is bragging about the wealth he has enmassed through music. The Anambra state rapper recently revealed that he can stay a year without releasing a song and he will still be good financially.

While in an interview with popular music vlogger, Ehiz, aka Dadaboy, Phyno bragged about his core fan base in the Eastern part of Nigeria and how he has also managed to amass fans in the West too.

Phyno revealed that he can go an entire year without rapping and he’ll be fine. This is because he has gone from the days when he made zero income to now making over nine figures.

Phyno started his music career as a producer in 2003. Popular for rapping raps in the Igbo language, he released his debut studio album “No Guts No Glory” in 2014. This was supported by four singles: “Ghost Mode”, “Man of the Year”, “Parcel” and “O Set”. Phyno has worked with artists such as Wizkid, Davido, Timaya, Flavour, Ruggedman, Bracket, J. Martins and Mr Raw. He recently collaborated with Kaywise for their hit song “Highway” which is doing well on all streaming platforms.
