“Can somebody please just ask why Mbong has gone missing from social media all year? No one seems to know anything and it’s affecting my daughter, that no one would tell us” he had written.
He went on to share screenshots of his last conversation in another series of posts, hinting that her family may have something to do with her “disappearance”.
Jeta Amata and Mbong got married in 2008. Their daughter Veno was born later that year. The union crashed in 2013, an end which was attributed to Mbong’s insistence on carrying on with her acting career against Amata’s wishes.
