A popular media house earlier reported that UK policewoman and current BBNaija housemate Khafi faces a sack threat. According to the report, the UK police are intent on firing her. This is because they frown on her constant intimate romps with Gedoni.

However, Khafi’s management dismissed this idea. UK policewoman and current BBNaija 2019 housemate, Khafi is well known for her intimate relationship with fellow housemate Ekpata Gedoni. Recently, The Sun reported that, for her constant romps with her 31-year-old reality show ‘boyfriend’, she faces a sack threat.

According to The Sun, Khafi faces an investigation by the Met’s directorate of professional standards for going into the house without permission and engaging in constant intimate romps that are in the public eye.

The lady has received recognition for standing alongside Met commissioner Cressida D**k to promote female and black recruitment in the Met police force. But now this move allegedly outraged her colleagues. They are furious that she thinks “she can just disobey orders, then, swan off to Africa and tarnish the reputation of the force.”

It was also said that Khafi went on an unpaid leave which was granted for a reason not related to being in the Big Brother house even after she was earlier refused permission to appear on the show. Concerning this issue, The Sun quoted the supposed words of a Met spokesman:

“The Met is aware that the officer has since appeared on the show without permission from the authority”.

The Directorate of Professional Standards has been informed and will investigate the circumstances. The Met does not support the officer’s appearance nor does she represent the Met whilst appearing on the show.

All officers have to behave with professionalism and in a manner that does not bring the Met into disrepute whether on or off duty. Those who do not behave professionally risk breaching police standards of professional behaviour, and may be dealt with by way of misconduct proceedings.”

The Sun’s report that UK policewoman Khafi faces a sack for romps with Gedoni. Khafi’s management recently came out to speak about the report. Her management debunked the news. They termed it as a “sensational and defamatory outburst”. According to them, it “comes from a repressive culture of shaming and characterising women for their s*xual decisions and life choices.”

Against this background, Khafi’s management requested that the publication be pulled down by The Sun in 48 hours. Failure to do this will attract legal action.

Meanwhile, Khafi admitted to the fact that her relationship with Gedoni in the Big Brother house made her lose focus. However, she added that her lover always managed to put her back in check. He’d then remind her of the real reason she is in the house
