Kenneth Petty, husband of Nick Minaj will be present at the birth of his child with the singer as a judge has granted his request to alter the terms of his pretrial conditions.

The tweak will allow Petty to travel with Minaj, periodically on business trips as her manager. It will also ensure he is present when she goes into labour.

Other pretrial conditions will stay in place, meaning Petty cannot use illicit substances and he will continue to wear an ankle monitor.
