Kim Kardashian Says Kanye West “Must Accept Our Marriage Is Over”

Kim Kardashian has once again asked the court to declare her legally single after her estranged husband Kanye West opposed her motion in court.

The SKIMS founder in court documents obtained by Page Six said her ex has been causing her emotional distress by sharing their private matters on social media.

“Kanye has been putting a lot of misinformation regarding our private matters and co-parenting on social media which has created emotional distress.”

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian recently engaged in a war of words after “Ye” took a screenshot of his eight-year-old daughter’s Tik Tok page and shared it on his own Instagram page with the caption;

“Since this is my first divorce I need to know what I should do about my daughter being put on TikTok against my will.”

Kardashian said she asked the rapper to keep their divorce proceedings out of the public eye “but he has not done so.”

The mom of four pleaded that the judge declares her legally single so she can “begin the healing process” and “move forward.”

She further added why she wants the divorce process sped up.

“I believe that the Court terminating our marital status will help Kanye to accept that our marital relationship is over and to move forward on a better path which will assist us in peacefully co-parenting our children,” she stated.

“While I wish our marriage would have succeeded, I have come to the realization that there is no way to repair our marriage. Kanye does not agree but at least it appears that he has come to the realization that I want to end our marriage, even if he does not.

“I can begin the healing process and so that our family can begin the healing process and move forward in this new chapter in our lives.”

Their divorce hearing will officially commence on March 2.

They share four children together; North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 2.
