Learn How To Prepare Crispy Buffalo Wings With This Simple Recipe

Buffalo wings are the ultimate side dishes. Hot, crispy and dipped in sauce, very few people can resist taking several helpings.

If you’d be hosting people over then this is one side dish to thrill your guests with. You can also choose to replicate the delicious tasting barbecue wings you eat at restaurants in your own kitchen. Here’s a recipe on how to prepare it.

What you’ll need to prepare buffalo wings:

  • lb. chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp. of Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. of garlic powder
  • Kosher salt ( you can use table salt if you don’t have the kosher kind)
  • Black pepper1/4 c.
  • Hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp. of honey
  • 4 tbsp. butter

How to prepare

Before you start, preheat the oven to 400° and place a baking sheet in it. Then spice your chicken wings in a large bowl with seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and oil. After this, transfer to your already waiting baking sheet. Bake for about 50 to 60 minutes until they’re crispy brown as you flip the wings halfway.

 

Then, place a small saucepan on fire with low heat. Whisk your honey and hot sauce in and allow it to simmer. Stir in your butter and allow it to cook for at least 2 minutes until your butter is well melted. Bring your wings down and toss in your already prepared buffalo wings sauce.

After tossing till they’re well coated, transfer your baked wings back to the oven but watch carefully so they don’t burn. The should only be in the over for just three minutes or less to allow them to caramelise. Turn off the oven and serve you now crispy buffalo wings with a side dressing of your choice.
