Lori Harvey, the stepdaughter of comedian Steve Harvey, is being charged for allegedly hitting a parked car and attempting to flee the scene in October late year. According to People Magazine, Lori Harvey possibly faces a one-year prison sentence.

Lori Harvey charged with two misdemeanours. This includes one count of resisting, delaying, obstructing a police officer. Also one count of hit and run resulting in property damage, in relation to the incident.

Back in October, the police arrested her for allegedly attempting to flee the scene of the car accident. she was driving a Mercedes SUV that collided with a parked car, causing her to flip over.

onlookers reportedly pulled her from the car and left the scene before the law enforcement apprehended her.

Lori was reportedly texting and driving at the time of the collision. The police said they did not suspect she was under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the accident.

After the incident, Lori took a few weeks off from her usual posts on social media. She returned in mid-November to post an ad for Viktor & Rolf Fragrances’ holiday giveaway.

Lori recently moved in with her boyfriend, American top rapper Future Hendrix.

She moved out of her parents home, to live with Future in his luxury Penthouse apartment in Los Angeles.
