Mercy Reveals Shocking Circumstances Surrounding Her Birth On Her Reality TV Show

Mercy Eke, winner of BBNaija Season four has made a shocking revelation about her birth at the premiere of her joint reality TV show with her boyfriend Ike.

 

The reality show premiered on Africa Magic Showcase DSTV Channel 151 on Monday 27th April 2020.

 

Mercy stated that her mother was under pressure to abort her pregnancy, as relatives mocked her due to their poor living conditions at that time.

 

My mom told me that, when she was carrying me, there was this aunt of mine, my dad’s cousin, who came and asked her, are you still pregnant after all these kids you have?

“That really got my mom trying to abort me. My mum told me that what she did was when she goes to the farm, she would climb a tree and intentionally fall from there to see if she could get rid of me.

 

When she told me that, I had told myself that I had to make it, whatever it took to be somebody. I had to make her proud somehow for what she did for me”. She said

Mercy emerged the fourth winner of BBNaija after she was announced the winner of the 2019 edition tagged Pepper Dem.

 

She met Ike while in the house and the two became inseparable even after the show ended in October 2019.

 

Mercy and Ike reality show is already getting good reviews from viewers who can’t wait to see more of the lovebirds on TV.
