Microsoft’s New Matte Black Surface Go 3 Launches With Optional LTE

The Microsoft Surface Go 3 tablet is now available in a new matte black finish with an optional LTE connectivity. This new colour option and higher connectivity are the only changes to the original Surface Go released some months ago.

This model is now available for purchase in the US, UK and other official markets where the Surface Brand is sold. Microsoft originally said in September of 2021 that the LTE versions of the Surface GO 3 will be available “in the coming months.”

The Surface Go 3 tablet refresh still has the newer Intel processors that were in the original tablet. This tablet is available in Intel’s Pentium Gold 6500Y or Core i3-10100Y processors.

Microsoft is pricing the matte black version of its Surface Go 3 tablet at $549.99. The base model with Intel Pentium processor has 8GB of RAM and 128GB storage. While the LTE version is only available with the Core i3 model. It that ships with the same RAM and storage as the base model for $729.99.

As usual, there are loads of accessories sold alongside the Surface Go 3, with the black type cover retailing for $99.9. The Surface Go 3 tablet is a premium and versatile work tool for both learning and productivity. One of the closest rivals to this little beast is the iPad mini which has the best of the Apple ecosystem and prestige.
