Nokia recently released its new G50 Midrange phone retailing for $299 with big batteries and two years of OS update. The G50 phone has a 6.82-inch HD+ display, 5G connectivity and an 18W fast charger.
Interestingly, Nokia’s newest midrange phone has an audio jack and will be available globally. Its 5G technology isn’t the fastest, as it doesn’t support the faster mmWave network.
The cameras on the phone have a triple camera setup, with the large 48-megapixel main, 2-megapixel depth sensor and a 5-megapixel Ultrawide. Tiktokers would love its front-facing camera as it offers video stabilization and a night selfie mode for late nights out.

Under the hood is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 480 chip, it also ships with a MicroSD slot, 4GB of RAM and 128GB storage capacity. HMD Global, makers of Nokia phones say the G50 smartphone would ship with Android 11. There is also a promise of two years of OS updates for the Midrange phone.
The G50 phone can be preordered right now at Nokia’s website, with an early shipment of September 30th. Music lovers would appreciate that this smartphone ships with Spotify preloaded and a 30-day ExpressVPN trial.
Nokia is known for producing affordable solid smartphones for the global market. The new G50 phone ships with 5G, two years of free software updates and that’s future-proofing.
