Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham is super excited today as she celebrates her birthday. The beautiful mother of one took to her Instagram page to share a photo informing her fans that she is a year older today.

Styled by celebrity designer Tolu Bally, the beautiful actress, rocked a monochrome ball dress to mark her special day.

In April,  Toyin Abraham opened up about her depression and all that she had to go through. During an interview with Chude Jideonwo of RedTv, the actress disclosed that she had contemplated suicide.

Toyin revealed how she turned her back on her family and felt that dying would even make her more popular. This was because the fear of the unknown was her everyday reality.

The actress said she felt life had no meaning and had to depend on her manager and counsellor to come out of the depressed state that almost took her life.

She described herself as a wild dove now who is super fearless and can achieve anything because she is a strong woman.

Toyin won the coveted award for the Best Actress in a Drama (Movie/Tv series), for her role in the film “Elevator Baby” at the 2020 AMVCA Awards held on 14th March 2020.

She is married to Kolawole Ajeyemi who is also an actor in the Yoruba movie industry.
