Veteran Nollywood actor Pete Edochie is shocked at the high rate of cosmetic surgery amongst young women. 
In the latest episode of his interview on Adakarl TV, the actor explained that young ladies have lost their lives on surgical beds in their quest to “inflate their a*s”.
“Today, it’s difficult to find a girl who is still what she is. You wear false hair, lashes, b***s, asses. I don’t know what is still natural about you, let’s be honest. Why must our girls be obsessed with these things? I don’t know.
“Would want them to insult me and tell me why they love these things. I don’t mind being insulted. I mean, I’m used to it. Some girls now die while they’re trying to operate and inflate their asses. May the good Lord help us.”. He said.

Just last week, ex BBNaija housemate Nina informed her fans that she has had liposuction. This act got the brand-influencer into trouble with a herbal tea brand she promotes. The owner of the company dragged Nina on Instagram asking for a refund of her ambassadorial fee.
On her part, Nina was quick to describe her critics as hypocritical, broke, and depressed people who also wish to work on their bodies.
“A lot of you are hypocrites, most of you be suffering depression cos you don’t want your current body and no money for surgery because you can’t afford one,” she wrote.
