Realme is set to launch Narzo 50A Prime, a budget smartphone under $200 with incredible specs like a 128GB storage, a powerful battery, and the latest Android OS; see more specs and details here.
The third-largest smartphone supplier in India in 2022, Realme, is taking the budget smartphone industry battle to new heights. The company is set to debut a new phone, Narzo 50A Prime, on April 25 in India with pricing of $131 and $157 for its variants.
While big media is focused on flagships, most of the world has to rely on budget smartphones. It is why the industry is so cutthroat, and every company has the chance to ‘make it.’ Realme, for example, has seen an increase of about 40% in device distribution in 2022 in India and has placed it in the top 3 highest shareholders.

Its coming Narzo 50A Prime device will have a display of about 6.6 inches and use an FHD+ IPS LCD screen with a 180Hz refresh rate. It will be running on a UNISOC T612 chipset, which is popular among Realme devices like the C31s.
The smartphone will feature a 50MP primary camera and 2MP macro sensor, and 2MP portrait lenses as supporting shooters to complete the triple camera setup. Its selfie snapper is an 8MP lens.
Narzo 50A Prime packs a 5000mAh battery and 18W fast charging capabilities. It will have two variants, as already hinted at the beginning of this article, and while they will both have 4GB RAMs, one will come with 64GB and the other with 128GB internal storage space.
As pricing is the second main thing in the budget phone industry, the Realme device is locally priced at 10,000 INR ($131) for the 64GB variant and 12,000 INR ($157) for the 128GB variant.
