Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus
Stylised as Samsung Galaxy S23+, this 196g device also uses the Gorilla Glass Victus 2 display but measures up to 6.6 inches. It features similar screen specs as the base model above and runs on the same chip.
However, it does not have a model offering the lesser 128GB/8GB RAM storage specs as it starts from 256GB/8GB RAM and ends at 512GB/8GB RAM. The two devices have similar rear and front camera setup as well.
In fact, what really differentiates the Samsung Galaxy S23+ from the ordinary Samsung Galaxy S23 is the bigger screen it comes with and battery, which is a 4,700mAh bank of power.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra
At the end of the spectrum is the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, which knocks the rest off the shelf in terms of specs. Apart from using similar display materials, its screen is the biggest among the series, measuring 6.8 inches in height. Also, its resolution is higher offering 1440 x 3088 pixels. Alsom it is the only one that comes with the S Pen.
Also, it differs in its storage capacity with different models offering 256GB/8GB RAM, 256GB/12GB RAM, 512GB/12GB RAM, and 1TB/12GB RAM.

Although, its rear camera is still also only capable of shooting 8K at 24/30fps while the 12MP selfie cam can shoot 4K at 30/60fps, just like the Samsung Galaxy S23 and Samsung Galaxy S23+.
This smartphone packs a top-of-the-line 5,000mAh battery and supports 45W wired, 10W wireless, and 4.5W reverse wireless charging. This is the same charging capacity that the two in the series have, except that the Samsung Galaxy S23 can only do 25W wired charging.
